Richard Cantor – Founding Partner

For five decades, Richard has worked with developers across New York City to shape, position, and bring to market over 100 condominium and rental projects.

Known for his discretion, patience, and thoughtful judgment, Richard stays closely involved in the decisions that define a project’s success — from early concept and product strategy through pricing, positioning, and sellout. Trained at Yale and Harvard as an art historian and academic, he brings both cultural sensitivity and market instinct to the work.

He is a founding member and former Treasurer of the Downtown Brokers Association, and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, including its New Development Executive Committee and Downtown Committee.

Erica Miller – Managing Director

For more than two decades, she has partnered with developers across Manhattan and Brooklyn — bringing market clarity to the decisions that determine building unit mix, layouts, finishes, amenities, pricing, and launch strategy.

Known for her precision and hands-on approach, Erica stays close to the work from concept through closeout — coordinating across architects, designers, and sales teams to keep product and story aligned.

Over the course of her career, she has led sales and rental teams at some of the firm’s most successful buildings, including 443 Greenwich, 250 West, 225 Fifth Avenue, and Franklin Place.
